“Barstow Students Will Present Robin Hood” (Kansas City Journal, May 8, 1922)

“Robin Hood” will be presented by the members of the intermediate department at Miss Barstow’s school in the gardens of Mrs. August R. Meyer, at 5 o’clock Friday evening. The children have been trained by Miss Marjorie Huse, director of the music department, and she has also taught them to sing some charming old English ballads which will be sung at this time.

Cora Lee Goodwin will be “Robin Hood” and Elaine Lathrop will be “Maid Marion”. Other children who will appear in parts are Betty Long, Frances Bachman, Theresa DeLong, Martha Irvin, Harlean Carpenter, Pauline Snider, Dorothy Munger, Mary Scott Crabbs, Jervice Gates, Katherine Serra and Nancy Jane Hargis.

Parents and friends of the pupils have been asked to witness the little play.
