Trivia:
- Though Harlow is clearly visible in at least one still from the film, the scene she shot in late 1929 (which took place in the restaurant), was cut and reshot. According to Chaplin expert Glenn Mitchell, it was the recasting of the millionaire role that necessitated the retakes; Chaplin replaced Henry Clive with Harry Myers due to working difficulties.
